Our Home inspections are comprehensive, and generally take two to three hours long depending on the size of home. We will give the general condition of every system of the home from the roof structure to the foundation with ETR (estimated time of replacement) and the implications of defects. We’ll use a combination of a narrative and image form in the inspection report. If anything is not satisfactory we’ll make note, and if needed provide an image with an explanation.
